Oversees and directs all aspects of the Sales&Marketingactivities. 
Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans. 
Assist with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan; management of the sales and marketing team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. 
Other responsibilities include direct and routine interaction with Regional Sales and Marketing office.
Coordinates all strategies & action plans aimed at maintaining and increasing business volume.
• Strong Sales and Marketing background with strategic vision and understanding of the competitive environment. 
• Having strong leadership skills and ability to lead, inspire and motivate the team. Cheerful, energetic, dynamic and self motivated. 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English Language & Mandarin ispreferred.
