职位描述

Job Summary:

Oversee and supervise the duties and functions of the Guest Service Agent. Coordinate with the Reservations, Concierge Supervisor, Executive Club Supervisor, Star Service Supervisors, Housekeeping Supervisors and Duty Managers where necessary.  Answer all guest questions regarding hotel facilities and points of interest and maximize revenue where possible, through up selling of the hotel facilities and outlets. 

The reception shift leaders will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

岗位概述:

检查指导前台接待员的职责与作用。与预定部,礼宾主管,行政楼层主管,明星服务主管,客房部主管以及值班经理在必要的场合进行协调。回答客人关于酒店设施,周边景点的问题,只要有机会就要使酒店收入最大化,通过销售酒店设施以及餐厅。

前台接待主管被要求以礼貌的,安全地,有效地方式履行其职责并与酒店政策与程序保持一致,确保保持高质量的服务。      


Job Knowledge / Skill:

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.  

Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must possess good computational ability.

General knowledge of the city where hotel is located and its attractions.

Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.

工作知识/技巧:

必须有表述,阅读和书写能力,能够理解在工作环境中使用的主要语言。

必须有能力阅读和书写, 以确保正常的沟通程序。

要求具备良好的口头,和书写沟通能力。

必须具备良好的电脑应用技术。

对所处城市的位置和景点有一定的了解。

对酒店的产品和服务有广泛的理解。


Education:

University or equivalent education preferred.
Experience:
One to two years in a public contact position required.
教育:具备大学,或同等学历。
经历:具有1-2年宾客接待经验。
