岗位职责：
1.负责前台全面工作，督导前台员工按照工作程序向客人提供优质服务；柜台工作繁忙时给与下属员工及时帮助，确保前台服务工作得到恰当地处理
2. 检查前台员工着装及执行工作指令的情况；编排班次；负责处理网络订单，分析房间销售预定情况，
3.协助引导前台员工履行应尽的服务职责，保证前台的销售接待、问讯回答、信息传递、入住结账等工作的顺利进行，对新来员工及时提供帮助指导；
4. 及时检查前台工作各方面运转情况，了解并及时记录本班次工作中出现的问题和需交代的事务。
5. 负责制定前台技能提升培训计划；
6. 有能力处理当班客人投诉，积极与客房部协调关系开展工作
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：30-45岁
