The mission and intent of this position is to keep the guest’s perspective in mind always, focusing on delighting our guests and colleagues in accordance with objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel, and creating Unique Sangha Experience.
Responsibility主要职责:
1.为宾客提供标准化的服务;
2.正确的接待及处理来电;
3.熟悉服务内容及服务产品,能给到宾客正确的咨询;
4.负责按操作标准做好预订单、登记卡、单据的存档;
5.熟悉宾客服务系统及参与相应的活动;
6.其它前厅部经理交待的事务;
1.Be responsible for providing a company standard service to customers.
2.Be responsible for picking up all receiving calls and handle appropriately.
3.Familiar with company services and product and can deliver correct information to customers.
4.Be responsible for filing supporting documents of reservations, registration cards and chits in accordance to company policies and requirements.
5.Familiar with Guest Service related system and participate any system related activities.
6.Other duties as required by Manager.
Requirements 任职要求:
1.熟悉前厅部各项工作;
2.良好的英语交流能力;
3.相关专业背景或最少一年的前台或宾客关系相关工作经验;
4.对酒店行业有一些基本的了解;
1.Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office area operation
2.Good English language skill
3.Graduate or Minimum 1-year Front Desk/ Guest Relations working experience in same position
4.Basic Hotel Product Knowledge
