Position Summary职位概述:
This position is concerned with repairs and maintenance of all electrical equipmentsincluding high tension, low tension，power supplyof the hotel, and the control of power usage to ensure maximum efficiency and reduction in expense for heat, light and power.
负责酒店高、低压线路及各种设备维护保养，电源供应，在保证最大效率的同时控制电力消耗。
1.     To insureto check operating status of all equipment and keep them in a good condition.
确保所管辖的系统及附属设备的环节能高效运行和保证设备处于优良的状态中。
2.    Make inspections of all areas of the building and grounds to ensure safety operation; supervision of works in progress and notify defects to be corrected.
检查室内外的设施设备确保正常运转并检查工作的进展情况，对错误的情况及时更正。
3.     To ensure preventive schedule and breakdown maintenance for all electricalworks is carried out.
确保所有电气、弱电系统的预防性保养和紧急维修的执行。
4.     To control function of generator, transformer, low / high tension switch gear
监控发电机，变压器，低高压开关柜的正常运行。
5.     Carry out tasks assigned by leaders, obey the duty responsibilities, supervise subordinate to work according to rules and regulation.
切实执行上级指示，认真贯彻落实岗位责任制，监督下属员工严格执行操作规程及遵守员工守则。
6.    To arrangechecking fire-fighting system regularly.
定期安排检查消防系统。
7.    To manage the working tools, and register the team member’s name that had get the tool.
管理好本系统的材料及员工借领工具，领用材料的登记、保管制度。
8.    To do wellthe section’s daily work, equipment’s running, repair order, does the Maintenance work on time with high quality.
搞好本系统的日常行政运作，设备运行，工程工作单，设备维修保养

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求：
1.    Should have high tension electric certificate.
具有高压电工证。
2.     Basic mechanic knowledge.
基本的机械方面的知识。
3．Knowledge of audio-visual system, lighting system, security monitoring system, back-ground music system, satellite system ，telephone system and fire alarming system. 
具备音响，灯光，监控，背景音乐，卫星电视，电话系统和消防报警方面的知识。
4.    Familiar with hotel engineering equipmentmaintenance and repair.
熟悉酒店工程设备的维护和保养。
