To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all mechanical system which include domestic cold & hot water supply system, water sprinkler & hydrant system, sewage discharge system, plumbing, laundry plant and kitchen equipment etc, in a productive and cost effective manner so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
机修工要及时进行维修、安装、预防维护以及日常机械系统运行情况，包括饭店内冷水和热水供应系统、喷淋和消防系统、排水系统、管道系统、洗衣房设施和厨房设施等运行情况，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态。
