Responsible for ensuring all guests are met with a warm and fun welcome as they enter the hotel or arrive curb side. Assist all guests with luggage to and from their rooms and perform all tasks outlined in the departments HID’s.  Provide additional concierge services such as transportation arrangements, local information and recommendations and stay up-to-date with the current Insider information.
