岗位职责
1.负责退客房的检查和报账工作。
2.协助领班做好VIP房和有特殊要求房的布置。
3.保持楼层责任区域内环境通道和工作间的干净整洁。
4.及时补充公共区域、客房、布草间及服务手推车中相关用品。
5.按照客房清洁流程和质量标准，做好客房和责任区内日常清洁及计划清洁工作。
6.利用表格、程序及/或技术，准确报告库存、完成的任务及公共区与客房的状况。
7.按照规格要求布置客房，检查房内各类家具和设备的完好情况，及时报告和报修。
岗位要求
1.品行端正，熟练掌握打扫房间程序，能简单运用英语对客服务。
2.高中及以上学历。善于领会宾客心理，掌握楼层服务操作规程、安全保卫工作常识及各类清洁用具的性能、特点、使用方法和维修保养知识。
语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-精通计算机能力：一般年龄要求：20-35岁
