岗位职责
1.保持设备间的清洁卫生。
2.按照规定的时间执行设备维修计划。
3.每日进行工作日报，记录当天完成的工作。
4.协助执行酒店的预防性维保及维修记录系统。
5.执行酒店设备的日常预防性及检修性维护工作。
6.维修并保养客房设施、灯光设施、家具及其他设备。
7.记录每日进行的服务工作，包括记录个别设备部件更换成本及时间/人工成本。
8.处理酒店所有类型的维修保养工作，包括酒店的新增扩建部分或酒店持有的其他资产。
岗位要求
1.职业证书或等同的证书。
2.1年宾客服务或司机的工作经验。
3.1年的相关工作经验，或具有与此等同的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
4.了解本地法律，调查方法，OSHA要求和消防规范及生命安全规范的工作知识。
5.拥有安全和培训及/或保安人员和执法人员要求的证书。认证的CPR，救生培训员及接受过必要的执法技巧培训。
语言能力：英语-一般 中国普通话-精通计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-40岁
