BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
Responsible for staff scheduling and management, ensure the safety of the guest and regional operations, facilities of regular inspection and maintenance, help the manager to complete the department budget and the development of new projects, and so on.
负责员工工作安排和管理，保证区域运营和客人安全，设施设备的定时检查和维护，协助经理完成部门预算和新项目的开发等等。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  职责和义务
1.    KTV And Chess work plan, work goals and rules and regulations
制定KTV和棋牌室工作计划、工作目标及规章制度
2.     Follow up the correct implementation of the plans.
跟进各项计划的正确实施。
3.     Handle complaints from staff and guests.
处理员工和客人的投诉。
4.     Pay attention to daily business Situation, understand the daily occupancy and consumption.
关注每日营业状况，了解每日住房率和消费额。
5.    To check daily handover and various reports and reporting to the department manager
查看每日交接和各项报表并汇报给部门经理
6.    Check the regional health situation to reach the hotel standard
检查各区域卫生情况要达到酒店标准
7.Regular inspection on gym equipment, maintenance，to ensure the normal use。
定期对健身房的设备进行检查、维护，确保正常使用。
8.Pool safety and routine hygiene management
做好泳池安全和日常卫生管理
9.Lifeguard and life skills training and training management
管理救生员和救生技能训练和培训
10.Company to the department of planning of marketing and promotional activities. 。
执行公司对部门策划的各类营销方案和推广活动。
11.Make daily work summary， timely deal with the issue of jurisdiction the department 。
做好每日工作总结，及时处理该部门管辖范围内的问题。
12.Do department staff management and training 。

13. Pay close attention to KTV surrounding the market operating conditions at any time, make promotion plan
