Job Describation 岗位职责:
1.To maximize overall hotel revenue, at the same time balancing profitability, through implementation of an effective revenue management process and data driven, fact based business decisions. To take on a leadership and decision making role for property pricing, distribution and trade-off decisions concerning any piece of business (crew, group, corporate account, etc.) in the absence of the Revenue Manager.

2.Market Share: Deploy effective Revenue Management Practices revenue and market share. Works closely with the property’s Director of Sales in analysing business trends and determine best strategies accordingly.

3.Forecasting: Produce a demand forecast weekly; deploy transient and group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies designed to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective.

4.Market Mix: Ensure that the hotel has the optimal market mix to maximize revenues and profitability.

5.Market Mix: Action hotel S&M strategies accurately through all channels to support the property to achieve optimal market mix to maximize revenues and profitability.

6.Pricing: Ensure optimal pricing for all market segments, specifically focusing on Retail, Corporate and Groups. Ensure that pricing decisions are appropriately folded into the distribution channel strategies of the hotel. Ensure all rate and package loading is accurate and efficient through all distribution channels.

7.Inventory control and management: Maintain constant control over the hotel room inventory and how it is sold via each channel. Manage overbooking and inventory control to drive maximum revenue.
