Description:
The ideal candidate must have previous General Manager experience in a four or five star Hotel Daily front office procedures review and proper transmission of all necessary documents and information to the Home Office. Ensuring proper training programs and procedures are in place in conjunction with and according to Brand standards. Knowing hotel emergency procedures. Managing inventory with budget control. Inspecting suites/rooms daily. Directing hotel operations. Selecting and staffing front office, housekeeping and maintenance team members. Conducting housekeeping, maintenance and front office team member coaching and counseling. Ensuring proper uniform standards are in place throughout departments. Accommodating guests' special requests. Knowing area attractions and services to accommodate guest's needs. Reviewing room inventory and conducting sales strategies to maximize room revenue. Ensuring team members are attentive to guest's needs. Handling other requests as needed. Working extended hours to include nights and weekends. 
Qualification:
1.       A professional appearance
2.       Bachelor's degree.
3.       Good communication skill
4.       Excellent written and verbal English Language skills
