职责Responsibilities:     
·         通过高转化率和追加销售为酒店实现客房销售和收入最大化。
To maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel through a high conversion rate and upselling.
·         确保在任何时候都采取销售态度，并保持对酒店内所有销售机会的意识。
To ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel.
·         与主要业务来源保持高水平的沟通，并在必要时向管理层提供反馈意见。
To maintain a high level of communication with major sources of business and advice the management of feedback where necessary.
·         就与业务有关的任何变化或趋势向管理层提出建议。
To advise the management of any changes or trends relating to business.
·         确保所有被拒绝的业务都记录在案，并说明拒绝的原因。
To ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.
·         遵守公司所有的信用政策，确保所有的预期收入都能收到。
To adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.
·         坚持预先设定的可售房型和价格控制，并知道如何在Opera中修改。
To adhere to pre-set availability and rate controls and know how to revise in Opera.
·         确保高水平的酒店和当地的产品知识。
To ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
·         根据预订流程维护和更新客史和市场数据。
To maintain and update guest history and marketing database as laid down in the reservations procedures.
·         确保提供始终如一的高水平对客服务。
To ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained. 
·         确保Opera中的所有预订细节的准确性，并有足够的备份以供查看。
To ensure all reservation details in Opera are accurate with sufficient back up for reviewing. 
·         确保工作区域始终保持干净整洁。
To ensure the working areas are clean and tidy at all times.
·         在任何需要的时候协助团队工作。
To assist Groups whenever necessary.
