Direct and organize the Beverage & Food function within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service to maximize profits.  Participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Senior Leadership Team.
直接管理酒店的餐饮部，以保证食品和酒水的质量达到标准水平和达到最大的利润。 作为酒店高级领导团队的一员参与酒店的管理。
 
The performance of the Director of Beverage and Food is assessed on their effectiveness as a member of the Hotel’s management team, the business results of their unit, the management skills developed and effectively applied by the individual and the training and development of their staff, but also to be a driver of the W Brand initiatives and lifestyle to ensure those elements are brought to life and well reflected in the operation.
最为酒店高级领导团队的一员，餐饮总监的作用是对各分部门的工作绩效做评估。通过个人以及培训和发展他们的团队来提高管理技巧，达到酒店经营成果。而且要作为一个W品牌和生活方式的引导者，给运营部带来生活和积极的反应。
 
Drawing upon the specialist and support departments for advice and assistance, the Director is responsible for the unit’s Strategic Business Planning, Administration, Human Resources Management, Quality, Marketing, Financial Management and Service Delivery in accordance to Starwood policies and W brand guidelines.
通过借鉴专家和支持部门来寻求建议和帮助，负责本部门的战略业务规划，行政管理，人力资源管理，质量营销，财务管理和服务交付符合喜达屋的政策和W品牌指导方针。
 
The Director of Beverage and Food will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures with great energy in a professional and stylish manner to ensure the smooth operation of B&F department with a high level of service is maintained and  maximise the quality of W experience
