Responsibilities
-Liaise with recruitment website / agency for the job advertisements
-Ensure job vacancies posted on Company website are up to date
-Perform candidate screening, interview arrangement and offer negotiation
-Assist to accomplish pre-employment requirements, such as medical examination, reference check and employment contract, etc.
-Work with Manager on the campus recruitment and maintain good relationship with campus
-Facilitate new joiner announcement, office tour and conduct orientation when it is necessary.
-Assist to handle enquiries on manpower planning and disciplinary issues
-Assist to analyze the skills and qualities required for each position and develop job description
-Conduct exit interview and various surveys and analysis
-Compile various HR reports
-Assist shore based ad hoc project/report whenever assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
-Degree/diploma in HR or Business Administration
-At least 5 years' solid human resources experience in multinational companies
-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Well versed in China Labour Law, regulations and practices
-PC knowledge in Windows and MS office
-Resourceful with initiative and good communication skills
-Able to handle pressure, attentive, reliable, out-going and creative
