[Job Requirements] 
1、College degree, two years’ experience of star hotel in the Sales & Marketing or relate professional area;
2、With a wealth of sales theory and practical experience, a keen sense of market sensitivity, familiar with sales skills
3、With high sense of responsibility, initiative and dedication
4、With excellent ability of socialization, be able to establish a wide business network for solicit, be familiar with the key clients’ profile and maintain close rapport relations with customers, with have excellent management and leadership, good ideological and political quality and career moral quality and strong organizational discipline
5、Knowledge with local and surrounding enterprises, and maintain relationship and develop business opportunities.
6、Fluent in Korean, prefer Koreans.

[Job Description]
Korean Sales Manager is mainstay of Sales team, mainly respinsible for Korean Sales. Under the general guidance and supervision of the DOS in coordination with the DOM, manages sales of Hotel’s products and services in in within a defined geographic area, province or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long term sales and earnings. Implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.
