RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure a smooth and professional service in the assigned section.
To oversee more than one section and supervise the waiters & runners.
To oversee and manage an above average quality service standard.
To observe daily conditions of all physical facilities & areas of the operation.
To report defects, breakages & other areas of repair to the Restaurant Manager.
To be completely familiar with all instructions contained in the employee handbook, particularly with those pertaining to the specification of floor & guest service.
To be available for functions & events
To be knowledgeable of your products, service sequences & standards
To be willing to teach & train others
