Major Functions责任概要 :
 
To complete the assigned task for the daily maintenance and sanitation of all kitchens, service and back of the house areas and all china, glass and silver supplies as required.
按时完成指派的工作, 包括所有厨房的清洁, 维护, 所有餐厅的瓷器, 玻璃器皿和银器的发放
 
Specific Duties 工作任务:
 
Neat appearance with proper clean uniform including proper work shoes.
保持制服, 工鞋干净整洁
Breakdown of trays, washing of china, glass and silver and stocking and distributing clean items using specified procedures. 
根据程序进行 盘子, 瓷器, 玻璃器皿和银器的储藏, 发放
Actively promote accident prevention by keeping all areas swept, clean and dry at all times and using wet floor signs as needed.
主动采取意外防止措施, 时刻保持所有区域干净干燥在清洁过程中, 若有需要, 显示告示牌
Follow chemical usage and safety procedures including the wearing of protective gear.
遵循药粉药水安全使用程序
Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
根据管理需要, 在保证人身安全和合法的前提下可适当做修改
