Responsibility:
·Carries out treatments as per SOPs
·Maintains order and hygiene of treatments rooms and all work areas according to SOPs
·Uses products in the manner required by treatment SOPs
·Checks guest consultations thoroughly for any special details and contra-indications
·Prepares treatment room efficiently for giving guest treatments in a timely manner
·Therapists take care of clients in a caring, kind and mindful manner.
·Therapists preserve guest modesty at all times.
·Therapists ensure the treatment room temp, comfort levels and time allocation is adhered to as per the individual’s consultation and treatment SOP allows.
·Therapists contribute to guest satisfaction by giving exemplary treatments and exceeding customer expectations.
·Therapists advise and recommend products, sharing professional and product expertise for supporting home care and ensuring guest repeat business.
·In the event of an accident or injury to guest the therapist focuses on the guest emergency care and reports all incidents to management.
·Proactive in communicating and is willing to try new idea
·Support your Spa Management in their endeavor to motivate the team so as to ensure the smooth running of the Spa at all times.
