工作任务SPECIFIC DUTIES :
安全操作Security Operation
1.保护酒店客人、员工的生命财产安全。巡查酒店区域,特别是重点区域,如:逃生通道,以避免灾害和犯罪行为的发生。
Safeguard the property and life of both guests and employees. Make patrols and inspect the hotel, especially the important place i.e. exits, in order to eliminate hazards or subdue a criminal action.
2.工作时携带对讲机以便联系。
Work with walkie-talkie for easy contact.
3.将工作时发生的事情按时间顺序记录在“工作日志”上。包括岗位轮换、可疑目标、设备损坏和不安全因素等。
Record any meaningful information on Memo Book in the sequence of chronology; include duty rolling, suspicious objective, damaged equipment, unsafe situation, etc.
4.执行酒店关于“失物招领”的相关规定,填写相应的表格,并立即报告相关负责部门。
Implement the hotel rules on Lost & Found, fill in related forms and report the lost to relevant department immediately.
5.关注酒店内所有的人员,确保他们的行为不会危害酒店利益。
Pay attention to all the people in the hotel to ensure their actions are not dangerous to the hotel.
6.协助人事部检查员工更衣箱。在这之前要报告当值的安全主任。
Assist Human Resource in inspecting staff’s locker. Report to on duty Loss Prevention Officer directly before performing the duties.
7.执行防损部主管安排的其他任务。
Perform other duties assigned by Loss Prevention Supervisor.
紧急应对Emergency Response
1.接到报警呼叫后,按防损主管或管理层的指示行动。
Respond to emergency calls and follow the instruction of Loss Prevention Supervisor or Management.
2.在紧急情况发生时,按指示立即到达现场,找出原因并报告当班防损主管。控制现场情况,在需要时进行急救。期间要进行详细的报告。
In the event of an emergency, get to the scene immediately as instructed, find out the facts and then report to Loss Prevention Supervisor in shift. Control the situation and perform first aids if necessary. Meanwhile, make a detailed report.
设备维护Care of Equipment
1.监督设备的维护和使用。
Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used.
2.及时报告设备故障和维护不足的情况。
Ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
培训和员工活动Training And Employees Activities
1.参加计划内的培训活动。
Attend scheduled training.
2.积极参与公司组织的员工活动。
Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.
仪容和卫生Grooming And Hygiene
1.遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求。
Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.
2.督促安全部人员了解和遵守酒店的标准。
Make sure all Loss Prevention Personnel was clear and obey these standards.
出勤Attendance
1.遵守出勤和考勤制度。
Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.
2.所有的排班变化,包括年假、调修、事假等要由防损部(副)经理同意。
All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) Manager.

遵守员工手册内的列出的规章制度。
Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations. Ensure all department personnel understand and follow these rules & regulation.
环境保护Environmental Awareness
1.循环利用或出售耗材以减少浪费。
Reduce waste to supplies and materials by reusing or selling.
2.尽可能的回收废弃物品
Recycle, when possible.
3.根据环保节能的要求节约使用周边区域的水和能源。
Conserve water and energy by adhering to environmental / energy conservation checklist appropriate for her area.
指导原则Guiding Principles
