SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務:
1. Ensure day to day operational efficiency of the section
确保公共区域的工作得到有效地完成。
a. Delegate tasks to public area cleaners. Prepare work schedules and assignments of public area staff under his / her responsibility.
安排PA员工工作,准备工作计划明确员工职责。
Ensure staff under his / her jurisdiction perform their duties and responsibilities according to approved systems and procedures.
确保员工在主管的指导下,按酒店的标准去完成工作。
Give additional assignments over and above regular duties, if required.
能在被要求的情况下承担额外的工作并分派给员工。
b. Conduct daily inspection of areas of responsibility.
负责公共区域的日常检查。
Ensure all restaurants, Food and Beverage outlets, conference and meeting rooms are cleaned properly and in order, prior to the opening of the same to the public. Follow up and spot check for satisfactory completion of work assignments.
确保餐厅,营业场所,会议室,宴会厅都是干净整洁的,对于安排的工作进行跟进和检查。
Ensure all executive and back of the house offices are clean and in order before the staff occupying these offices report for work.
在员工到岗前确保所有行政办公室和后办公室的清洁。
Ensure all public restrooms and toilets are clean, in order and with complete supplies and guest amenities.
确保所有的客用厕所干净及备品充足。
Report to the Assistant Housekeeper any loss and damage of furniture, fixtures or equipment or any unusual happening on area of jurisdiction.
任何发生在公共区域的物品设备设施及异常情况都应向经理报告。
c. Read hand-overs and reports of the other public area supervisors and follow up immediately on important observations and issues.
察看其他主管留下的交接并立即跟进重要项目。
Sign prescribed logbook after reading.
看完交接本必须签字。
Follow up with Engineering Department matters related to repair and maintenance.
跟进工程部未完成的报修。
Continue unfinished job / tasks of previous shift.
继续上完成上班次未完成的工作。
d. Prepare hand-over reports and all other housekeeping prescribed books before going off duty to ensure continuity of efficient Public Area Housekeeping services.
为确保PA又持续高质量的服务,下班前必须写好工作交接。
e. Prepare weekly requisition of guest and cleaning supplies.
准备每周必备的客用品及清洁用品。
Ensure that there is no over stock of any items in the storeroom. Ensure that they are safeguarded against wastage, shortage or loss.
防止过量的库存,并确保备品得到安全保管以免浪费、短缺或丢失。
Ensure public area toilets never run out of guest supplies – toilet paper, facial tissues, etc and amenities.
严禁客用厕所内的备品出现短缺。
Check pantry and storeroom before signing requisition form and ensure all cleaning chemicals / supplies are up to standard par level.
确保备品的正常库存量。
f. Control consumption of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
控制清洁用品的消耗及设备的保养。
i. Strictly control the use cleaning agents / solutions by proper dilution and follow correct cleaning procedures.
严格控制清洁剂的种类,浓度比例,并依照清洁程序执行。
Report to the Assistant Housekeeper any solutions or tools which need replacement or repair.
任何清洁剂,工具的更换,维修必须报告给经理。
Maintain effective control of cleaning supplies by recording monthly inventory and consumption.
做好月度用品消耗纪录。
g. Supervise the public area staff in the spring cleaning of Public Areas; ensure that all furnishings and fixtures are removed from the area prepared before the spring cleaning starts; and ensure that area is thoroughly cleaned and properly set-up after the spring cleaning.
公共区域大清洁之前确保所在区域的家具,设施设备都被移开。
h. Inspect the carpets shampooed, repaired or re-installed in Public Areas and offices to ensure that the standard set-forth are met.
检查大清洁的质量及家具的正确复位。
i. Provide and conduct training and re-training programs to public area staff concerning care and use of equipment and tools, method of maintaining different types of floors, etc. Demonstrate new techniques of public are maintenance if necessary. 对员工进行机器、工具、清洁方法比如清洁各种不同地坪的方法培训,如有可能或必要时对于新的机器使用前进行示范。
2. Contribute to overall operational efficiency.
保持并不断提高PA的效率。
a. Monitor public area cleaners’ grooming.
检察员工的仪容仪表。
b. Act on all decisions and programs of the Director of Services.
i. Ensure all public area staff understand and follow rules and regulations of the Housekeeping Department and house rules of the Hotel.
确保员工理解并遵守客房部各项规章制度。
ii. Ensure public area staff follow approved cleaning procedures only.
严格按规定的清洁程序进行清洁。
c. Check and ensure all public area staff have completed their tasks satisfactorily before going of duty. Check and ensure equipment and cleaning tools are cleaned and stored properly.
检查并保证PA员工在下班前必须全部并合格,工具机器的清洁并完好的放回原位。
d. Ensure all public area staff are aware of hotel emergency and safety procedures including pest control.
确保所有PA员工认知酒店的各种紧急应对措施,和安全工作措施,包括虫害控制程序。
e. Ensure all items left behind by guests in the public area are forwarded to the Housekeeping Office immediately.
确保所有公共区域内发现的客人遗留物品都必须立即送至客房部办公室。
f. Investigate complaints.
投诉处理。
i. Attend to complaints from other departments regarding housekeeping services.
处理其它部门关于客房部服务的投诉意见。
ii. Take appropriate action and rectify immediately any complaints received. Report to the Assistant Housekeeper immediately.
根据投诉立即做出适当的工作补救和调整并汇报给客房部经理。
iii. Attend and listen to grievances of staff, rectify / solve the problems then report to the Assistant Housekeeper immediately.
聆听并处理员工的抱怨和不满并立即汇报给客房部经理。
iv. Be patient, calm and professional in handing any kind of complaint.
处理任何投诉时都要保持一种耐心平静专业的态度和精神。
v. Be FIRM but FAIR to staff.
公平公正的对待员工。
g. Motivate staff performance and give disciplinary action if necessary.
激励员工的表现如有必要给于纪律处分。
i. Evaluate staff performance from time to tome and before probationary period is up.
试用期内定期评估员工的表现。
ii. Rectify and reprimand staff of wrong working attitude and standards.
对员工在工作中出现的错误态度问题予以纠正,劝诫。
iii. Recommend staff suspension or dismissal to the Assistant Housekeeper if and when necessary.
如有必要建议客房部经理对员工给于停职,辞职处分。
iv. Counsel and advice staff.
建议警告员工。
v. Provide proper guidance.
提供合理的指导。
h. Provide close supervision and coordination with outside contractor – pest control, window cleaner, landscaping etc.
与外包公司的合作,杀虫,外窗,园艺等。
i. Ensure works are carried out according to schedule.
确保工作按计划完成。
ii.Check completed tasks and ensure they confirm Hotel standards.
检查并确保外包公司能按酒店标准完成工作。
iii.Check behaviour, grooming and attitude of contractual workers and report any violation to the Assistant Housekeeper.
检查外包工人的仪容仪表及服务态度,如发现不合规定立即报告客房部经理。
iv. Evaluate work performance of outside contractors and report to the Assistant Housekeeper if below standard.
评估外包公司表现并将不符合标准的情况汇报给经理。
I. Maintain close relation coordination with other departments for smooth and better operation and communication, in order to get the job done.
与其它部门保持良好的沟通合作关系。
J. Maintain personal grooming as per Hotel’s standard to project and efficient, professional, neat and tidy appearance to Hotel guests and set an example to subordinates.
