岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
-  组织，监督并参与所有食品的准备工作。
   To organize, supervise and participate in the work of all production personnel engaged in the preparation of Chinese food.
-  参与到中式菜单和特色食品的准备以及宴会活动的组织
   To participate creatively in the preparation of Chinese menus and special food items, as well as in the organization of banqueting events.
-  控制厨房食品的成本。
   To be responsible for the maintenance of a relatively low food cost in the Chinese Kitchen
-  与行政总厨，餐饮部，宴会及餐厅经理协调有关宴会食品的准备工作。
   To co-ordinate with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage, Events and Restaurant Manager in matters concerning the Chinese food preparations and Chinese banquet functions.
-  贯彻和执行酒店和卫生部门指定的卫生和安全标准。
   To follow and enforce the hygiene and safety standard set by the Hotel and Food & Hygiene Department.
-  熟悉酒店消防和安全程序以及厨房灭火设备的操作。
   Familiar the Hotel's fire and safety procedures and operation of kitchen and fire fighting equipment.
-  保持对产品的综合性知识的了解，包括配料、设备、供应商、市场和当前趋势，并相应的建议厨房运作部进行适当调整。
    Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly.
-   为客人提供新鲜食物，都要持续保证食物的高品质，充分体现餐厅风格及经营理念。
    Serves fresh food to all the guests, is consistent in quality, and reflects the style of the outlet concept.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
-   要求具有烹饪领域的领导经验；
    Previous leadership experience in the Culinary field required;
-   有烹饪领域的文凭/证书者优先;
    Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline preferred.
-  食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或健康上岗证。
    Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government.
