岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
-  对宴会的运营进行管理，获得最大的利润和最高的宾客满意度。
   Manage the Banquet operations to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction.
-  确保按客人的期望和宴会活动订单布置活动场所。与计划的员工一起召开活动前会议来核查当日所有信息。检查计划的活动区域，桌子的布置，吧台的布置，餐台，接待台和会间休息的卫生，装饰及正确的布置。
   Ensure that function space are set-up according to guest expectations and banquet event order. Conduct pre-function meetings with scheduled colleagues and review all information pertinent to day’s functions. Inspect scheduled function areas, table set-ups, bar set-ups, buffet tables, receptions and coffee breaks for cleanliness, attractiveness, and proper layout.
-  跟进活动单和会议室分配工作中出现的问题，尽快予以调整。
   Follow up problems which may arise from event order and room allocations and rectify as soon as possible.
- 负责所有员工的出勤编排及薪酬控制，确保精准的符合已制定的要求，并最大化劳动力潜能，以客房入住率、活动要求及贵宾名单等来分配工作。调整时间来处理紧急事件，并就紧急事件与其他部门经理协调。
   Responsible for Colleagues scheduling and payroll cost to ensure adequate coverage according to established practices and maximize on labor potential. Plans work assignments based on room occupancy forecast, event orders and VIP list. Adjust schedules to meet emergencies, coodinates withe other managers regarding emergency staffing.
-  投身于客人任何有关食物和服务等的投诉、要求或询问等，并及时的采取正确的措施。
   Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services and immediately takes all required corrective measure.
-  确保所有员工经过正规的培训，并拥有所需要的工具和设备有效的完成各项工作。
   Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
-  相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
   Have related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 具备较强的解决问题、分析问题、激励组织、培训技能。
   Problem solving, reasoning, motivating,organizational and training abilities.
-  良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力。
   Fluent in written and spoken English.
-  食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或健康上岗证。
   Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government.
