岗位职责：
1、To establish a Public Relation schedule and budgetfor the hotel and estimate the
resources which need to be allocated in conjunctionwith the plans and actions laid 
out in the Director of Marketing’s Business Planand Marketing Plan.
建立公关的日程表和预算，评估酒店的资源，需要在规定的计划和行动，共同分配在市场营销的商业计划和营销计划。
2、Supervise and contact to the photography and public resource work ofhotel.             监督和联络酒店的摄影和公关工作。
3、Follow up the PR plan.
跟进完成公关计划。
4、Communicates with media.
与媒体保持良好沟通。
5、Communicates with all departments in hotel.
与酒店各部门保持良好沟通。
6、Distribute newsletters, promotions and press release to media.
向媒体发布酒店快讯、推广及新闻稿等。
7、Follow up media events.跟进执行媒体活动。
8、Follow up charity events.跟进执行慈善活动。
9、Set up and keep the close relationship with the local, region andinternational news and intermediary.
与本地、地区、国际新闻、媒体建立关系并保持紧密联系。

岗位要求：
1、Have more than eight years work experiences in hotel a
具有八年以上酒店工作经验。
2、Have a whole knowledge and master the facility, service project character, hotel operation guideline and sales strategy。
全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等
3、Have a good knowledge of news, advertisement, advertising and other professional knowledge, know well about the marketing, and expanding operation, know about the situation of travel area and hotel management knowledge, master the public relation, psychology and physical science and other basic knowledge.
掌握新闻、广告、宣传等专业知识，熟悉营销和推广业务，了解旅游业现状及酒店管理知识，掌握公共关系学、心理学、行为科学等基础知识。
4、Know well the policy, laws, regulation of government.
了解政府有关政策、法律和条款规定
5、Use foreign language conversation with the foreign customers, and have the ability to read and translate foreign language professional data, possessing  strong foreign conversation and write skills.
通用外语与外宾进行熟练会话，并能阅读和翻译一门外文有关专业资料，具有较强的外语会话和写作能力
6、Possess extensive social activity and strong organizing abilities.
具有广泛的社交活动能力和较强的组织协调能力
7、Possess good PR visualize                                                          
具备良好的公关形象 

语言能力：英语-熟练
