Work Responsibilities 工作职责
1. 任何时候用最专业的方式代表万豪工作。知道如何遵循殷勤待客的方针。
At all times strive to represent Marriott in the most professional manner, know how to follow all hospitality guidelines.
2. 按照正确的礼仪迅速地接听电话（电话声响三声内）。
Answer the phones according to the standards of proper etiquette and as fast as possible (no more than three rings).
3. 时刻遵守纪律，要在客人询问问题前先主动问候并提供帮助。协助所有客人解决问题并回答客人提出的问题。确保用客人回复系统程序帮助客人解决问题。
Be disciplined at all times, stand alert and tall at the front desk, greet guests immediately and offer assistance before the Guest needs to ask. Assist all guests in problems and questions as required.  Ensure that all guest problems are resolved by using the "Guest Response Program" procedures.
4. 要了解有关房价，折扣和促销的知识，并要知道如何去处理。
Have knowledge about room rates, packages, discounts and promotions and know how to handle each.
5. 负责客人登记，房间分配，并对所有客人提出的特殊要求予以配合。
Perform guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all customers.
6. 为客人办理离店结帐手续时，要确保帐目正确并提供发票。
Ensure proper credit when checking out guests and provide the guests with a balance invoice.
7. 向经理汇报任何异常情况和问题，了解紧急事件处理程序并知道应该如何执行。
Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager. Have knowledge about all emergency procedures and know how to act on them.  
 
Requirements 任职要求
1. 热爱酒店服务行业，有5星级酒店工作经验者优先
Love hospitality industry and hotel working experience is preferred.
2. 良好的英文沟通能力，口齿清晰
 Good command of oral English
3. 吃苦耐劳，具有团队协作精神
Hard working and full of teamwork spirit.
4. 形象气质佳.
Be Presentable.
