Major Responsibilities 主要职责：
To ensure that standard performance (service) are efficient and consistently pursued.
 确保始终追求有效的标准服务。
 To ensure proper staffing at the restaurant at all times and advise Food and Beverage Director as to changes of manning in restaurant when the need arises.
确保员工的合理安排，当需要人员时向餐饮部总监建议餐厅的轮换人员。
 Provide courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.
时刻为客人提供周到、有效率、专业的服务。
Lead by example, motivated and train staff to achieve set service standards.
 以身作则，激励和培训员工达到服务标准。
Clearly indicates and communicate his/her direction and goals to his/her staff and constant follow up.
 清楚地将自己的指示和目标要求告诉员工并随时掌握事情的进展情况。

Job Specification职位要求: 
Minimum of 5 years hotel and/or restaurants experience.
至少五年同等职位酒店或餐厅工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Oral fluency in Chinese & English. 
中英文口语流畅。
