•Advises improvements to the present operation or system in order to optimise the economic operating efficiency of the said system.建议对目前的操作或系统的改进方法，以优化该系统的经济运行效率。
•Inspects all plumbing systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. Corrects and reports operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer.
检查所有管道系统，并根据检查表做好运行状态记录。向工程师纠正和报告操作缺陷、异常事件和安全危害情况。
每天定期对制冷设备、AHU、PAU、冷却室等设备进行检查和记录，确保设备正常运行。
•Attends to the repair, routine maintenance and preventative maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as chillers, refrigerator/ freezer rooms and any other equipment in the hotel.
负责酒店制冷设备的维修，日常维护和预防性维护，如冷冻机、冰箱/冷冻室和其他设备。
•Attends to the maintenance of Air Handling Units, Primary Air Units and Fan Coil Units.
负责维修空调机组，一次风机组和风机盘管机组。

•Keeps updated files of all his equipment and records all malfunctions.

•Ensures working areas & equipment rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
