Regularly check and record daily of refrigeration equipment, AHU, PAU, cooling room and other equipment, ensuring the proper operation of the equipment.
Attends to the repair, routine maintenance and preventative maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as chiller, refrigerator / freezer rooms and any other equipment in the Hotel.
According to the log book to monitors the air conditioning equipment and system run and keep records
Attends to the maintenance of Air Handling Units, Primary Air Units and Fan Coil Units.
Advises improvements to the present operation or system in order to optimise the economic operating efficiency of the said system.
To inspect all plumbing systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To feedback and make recommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification, upgrading, methods of operation or repairs, etc that could improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensures that filters, cooling/heating coils and strainers are free from dirt and that condense drains are free flowing。
Regularly check that operating valves are free running and greased. Responsible for the hotel kitchen, laundry equipment maintenance, ensure the normal operation of the equipment
To ensure that sufficient appropriate spares and materials are available at all times to enable smooth continuity of work. reported to the team leader if the parts and materials are not enough.
