You will be doing…
You will work at a strategic and operational level through designing and delivering blended learning solutions to support the brand.
You will be responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.
You will conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities and area of improvement.
You will work with other departments to establish and develop departmental training scheme. 
You will create and update the training guidebook.
You will create and update hotel product knowledge booklet.
You will create and update the training scheme for new team members, and support the department to give a good start to new team members.
You will create on-going English Training course to raise the English standard of all of our team members.
You will create, develop and revise the performance management system.
You will create and manage employee training profile.
You will create and develop policies, procedures and related forms.
You will establish annual training budget.
You will assist Area Director of People Development to complete the employee performance appraisal reports, and according to the results, establish employee development scheme and arrange corresponding training.
You will cooperate with all training schemes set by Swire Hotel. 
You will coordinate with the progress of the training schedule, provide guidance to each departmental training leader, and to assist the management trainees with their work, life and if they encounter any problems in Beijing.
You will give subordinates concise instructions and directions, provide guidance to ensure the success of the tasks.
You will coordinate with all departments and to establish a good working relationship with other team members.
