• Assists with the preparation of all food in assigned kitchen.
协助准备被指定厨房的所有食物。
• Is knowledgeable of all menus being offered in the respective kitchen at any one time.

• Ensures that all kitchen Mise en Place is prepared according to production plan.
确保按照出品计划做好餐前准备。
• Checks food storage areas and refrigerators for cleanliness and proper functioning and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
检查食品储存区域和冰箱的清洁及正常运作，并向主管报告任何差异。
• Ensures the highest standards of hygiene are always adhered to throughout food preparation.
确保在整个食品在准备过程中始终坚持最高的卫生标准。
•Ensures all equipment is cleaned regularly and after use.
确保所有设备在使用后定期清洁。

• Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in similar position or fresh graduates from a from a hospitality course.
• 经验：至少6个月至1年在类似职位或酒店管理课程的应届毕业生
• Education: Diploma or above; Graduate from culinary school or culinary training institute is preferred. 
• 学历：大专以上学历; 从烹饪院校或烹饪培训机构毕业者优先
• Skills: Good knowledge of culinary with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 技能：良好的烹饪知识和良好的人际关系及沟通技巧
• Personality: Great team player, flexible and able to adapt to face-paced environment 
• 性格：优秀的团队合作精神，灵活且能够适应忙碌节奏的环境
• Extra Awesome: Passionate in developing knowledge about cuisine
• 其他特质：热衷于开发有关美食相关知识
