PURPOSE OF ROLE:

As a Captain, you’ll work to assist the Restaurant Manager and the team to operate the restaurant/ lounge/ bar day-to-day running and ensures a smooth operation.

Your success: Ensure each guest leaves the restaurant feeling that they have been personally recognised and have enjoyed a special dining or bar experience, full of good humor, attention to detail and genuine care.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
您将需要：
Experience:  At least 1-year experience in F&B. At least 1-year experience in the same role in 5-star hotel or high-end free-standing restaurant.
工作经验：至少1年餐饮工作经验。至少1年五星级酒店或高档独立餐厅相关工作经验。
Education: Undergraduate degree in Hospitality from an accredited      university, college or hotel school preferable.
教育背景：获得认可的大学、学院或酒店学院本科酒店管理专业学位优先。
Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good command of English.
技能要求：优秀的口头和书面沟通能力，良好的英语能力。
Personality: Outgoing personality. Good team player. Goal      driven personality, eager to learn and grow. Ability to work under      pressure.
个人性格：性格外向，有良好的团队合作精神。目标导向型性格，渴望学习和成长，能够在压力下工作。

Has full knowledge of the menu, wine and beverage offerings including specials and promotional material.
对菜单、酒水、包括特色菜和促销产品有充分的了解。
Keeps Restaurant Manager aware      of all activities, issues related to the operation and share guest's  feedbacks.
让餐厅经理知晓所有与经营相关的活动和问题，并分享客人的回馈。
Takes responsibility for a section of the restaurant, event space or lounge/ terrace and supervises the work from the team to ensure maximum guests’ satisfaction.
负责餐厅的一些区域，活动空间或休息室/露台，并监督团队的工作，以确保客人的最大满意度。
Makes sure that the front and back of houses are always impeccable and follows safety guidelines.
确保餐厅的前场和后台都是完美无缺的，并遵循安全准则。
Controls the quality of food & beverage served.
控制餐饮服务的质量。
Controls that SOPs are followed.
控制sop的执行。
Finds ways to improve the efficiency of the operation that will benefit our clients.
寻找有利于我们的客户的方法来提高运营效率。
Finds methods of reducing costs without affecting the level of service or product received by guests.
找到降低成本的方法，同时又不影响客人所接受的服务或产品水平。
