As an Upstairs Trainee, you’ll work to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Experience Front Office within the Rooms Division.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

•Delivers the promise and provides exceptional guest experience at all times.

•Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations.
•會見和問候所有客人，並協助登記。
•Ensures strict control of room keys.
•確保嚴格控制房間鑰匙。
•Responds to the guest feedbacks and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
•回應客人的回饋，並確保相關的變更得以實施。
•Is well prepared for the arrivals & departures.
•為到達和離店做好了充分的準備。
•Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.

•Is familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies; be aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.

•Works closely with other Guest Experience team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

•Ensures all guest data is properly inputted according to the local PSB requirement.
