WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
您將需要：
Experience: 1 year as an assist pool & gym manager or 2 years as a Supervisor in luxury/ chain hotels.
工作經驗：1年奢華或連鎖酒店健身中心副經理或2年主管經驗。
Education: A degree holder of Hotel Management or related disciplines.
教育背景：酒店管理或相關專業學位。
Skills: Excellent oral & written communication, in both Chinese and English. Effective interpersonal skills. Familiar with computer system and application software.
技能要求：良好的中英文口頭和書面溝通能力。有效的人際關係技巧，熟悉電腦系統和應用軟體。

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Ensures effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel
确保酒店各部门之间的有效沟通
Ensures the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
确保设施在任何时候处于最佳状态(操作和清洁)。
Ensures the routine maintenance on all the gym equipments are in place.
确保健身房所有设备的日常维护。
Coordinates all Repair and Maintenance and reports maintenance job orders. 
协调所有的维修和维护工作并报告维护工作。
Ensures that the teamwork in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
确保团队以支持和灵活的方式与其他部门合作。
Follows and adheres to safety procedures and practices.
遵守和坚持安全程序和做法。
Adheres to appropriate operational emergency procedures/safety manuals for Pool.
遵守适当的应急操作程序/安全手册。
Assists to ensure the punctuality and appearance of all Beast team members, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the requirement.
协助确保所有健身中心团队成员的准时和仪表，确保他们按照要求穿着正确的制服，保持高标准的个人仪表和卫生。
Assists to conduct annual Performance Development Discussions, supporting the Attendants and Lifeguards in their professional development goals.
协助进行年度绩效发展讨论，支持服务员和救生员的职业发展目标。
Assist to develop the skills and effectiveness of all team members through the appropriate training, coaching, and mentoring. 
通过适当的培训、辅导和指导，协助发展所有团队成员的技能和效率。
Encourages team members to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation.
