PURPOSE OF ROLE:

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll work to implement team welfare policies in an accurate and timely manner to ensure all procedures are implemented reasonably.

Your success: Ensure all team members are satisfied with team facilities in the hotel, to create a harmonious working environment, to enhance the cohesion of the team and to create a sense of belonging in the Hotel, to assist the manager with all PD tasks.
您的目标：确保所有团队成员对酒店的团队设施感到满意，创造一个和谐的工作环境，增强团队的凝聚力，创造酒店的归属感，协助经理完成所有人力发展部的任务。

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
您将需要：
•	Education: Undergraduate degree from a hotel management school or business-related college.
•	教育背景：酒店管理学院或商业相关学院本科学历。
•	Skills: Familiar with computer system and application software. Good interpersonal skills and a great team player. Strong administration skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin.
•	技能要求：熟悉计算机系统和应用软件，良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神，强大的管理技能，优秀的沟通和表达能力及流利的中英文读写能力。
•	Personality: Customer Service Oriented. Enthusiastic and organised.
•	个人性格：以客户服务为导向，积极热情，有组织能力。
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
您将会做什么：
•	Assists to prepare, communicates and implements an annual training plan and a monthly training plan.
•	协助准备、沟通和实施年度培训计划和月度培训计划。
•	Conducts training, such as orientation and service training for all levels of team members. Arranges effectively English class according department manager’s request.  
•	为各级团队成员进行培训，如入职培训和服务培训。根据部门经理的要求有效安排英语课。 
•	Assists Training Manager in ensuring the regular training plans are implemented and followed in all department. 
•	协助培训经理确保定期培训计划在各部门的实施和执行。
•	Assists Training Manager to process Management Trainee Programme.
•	协助培训经理完成管理培训生计划。
•	Monitors and controls the use of hotel training facilities and equipment.
•	监督和控制酒店培训设施和设备的使用。
•	Keeps and updates comprehensive records of all hotel training activities and department training record. 
•	保存和更新酒店所有培训活动的记录和部门培训记录。
•	Maintains efficient communication within the department to make sure training processes very well.
•	与部门保持有效的沟通以确保良好的培训进程。
•	Stays current with developments in the field of Training and raises appropriate suggestions and recommendations to the Training Manager.
•	及时了解培训领域的发展，并向培训经理提出适当的建议。
•	Assists PD department to organise team member activities.
•	协助组织员工活动。
