•Organises preventative maintenance programmes for all electrical and mechanical equipment, guest rooms and public areas including an ongoing schedule of painting and varnishing.

•Participates in compiling the hotels annual business plan by providing budgeted maintenance expenses, CAPEX, special projects and energy and waterconsumption.

•Analyses Key Performance Indicators and take remedial actions as and when required

•Analyses guest and business partner feedback to assist in service enhancement.

•Protects the hotel’s financial interest by implementing controls for, expenses, protection of assets whilst ensuring guests get value for money and excellent service standards.

•Understands how all building systems work and constantly look for ways to enhance performance.

•Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

• Experience: 2 years' experience as a Asst. Chief Engineer with a background in HVAC background Systems desk operations, team management and target achievement.

• Education: College/ University degree in Mechanical and Engineering.

• 学历：大专或大学学历，机械与工程专业。

• Skills: Proven skills as a trainer and developer of people. Good interpersonal skills. Sound analytical skills. Good command of English.
