•	Works with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper to prepare weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.
•	与助理行政管家助理一起准备每周的工作计划，确保其反映业务需求和其他关键绩效指标。
•	Assigns duties and responsibilities to Housekeeping Attendants.
•	为客房部服务员分配工作内容。
•	Conducts checks on works done by Housekeeping Attendants.
•	检查客房服务员的工作。
•	Conducts checks on works carried out by Contractors.
•	对承包商所进行的工程进行检查。
•	Coordinates and inspects with Contractor’s Supervisor on work carried out by them.
•	与承包商主管协调并检查其所进行的工作。
•	Ensures function rooms and toilets are clean before commencement of function.
•	在活动开始前，确保活动室和卫生间清洁。
•	Plans and schedules periodic works such as, carpet shampooing, and high dusting.
•	定期计划和安排清洗如地毯清洁及除尘。
•	Liaises closely with Florists regarding floral arrangement in the hotel.
•	与酒店花艺师保持密切联系。
•	Ensures Housekeeping Attendants work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
•	确保客房部服务员以支持和灵活的方式与其他部门合作。
•	Responds to the comments of guests and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
