As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll work to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Experience within the Rooms Division.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education: College/ University degree in Hospitality Management.
教育背景：酒店管理专业大专院校或本科学位。

Skills: Sound analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good command of English. Good computer skills in particular Microsoft Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint.
技能要求：良好的分析能力及人际关系技巧。良好的英语能力及计算机技能，尤其是Excel/ Word/PowerPoint。

Personality: Outgoing personality. Able to cope with pressure.
个人性格：性格外向且能应付压力。


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Delivers the promise and provides exceptional guest experience at all times.
履行承诺，并始终提供卓越的客人体验。

Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations.
会见和问候所有客人，并协助登记。

Ensures strict control of room keys.
确保严格控制房间钥匙。

Responds to the guestfeedbacks and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
响应客人的回馈，并确保相关的变更得以实施。

Is well prepared for the arrivals & departures.
为到达和离店做好了充分的准备。

Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
核实到达和离店的细节，安排行李处理，交通和客人要求的其他服务。

Is familiar with the hotel's products and services and policies; be aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.
熟悉酒店的产品、服务和政策；了解酒店举行的所有活动和促销活动。

Works closely with other Guest Experience team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel
guests.

Ensures all guest data is properly inputted according to the local PSB requirement.
