·  Work with MarCom Director and create press release and any required contents for press. Ensure the write up and any information that is released to the public is of the correct W Tone of Voice. Write/proof-read copy and creative for all promotional offers 
协助市场传讯总监撰写新闻稿及其他宣传推广文字。使用W语言撰写相关对外宣传推广文字，撰写并校对所有推广信息。
·    Make sure the press kit is up to date at all times 
   确保酒店的新闻资料的按时更新。
·      Support the hotel Graphic Designer on the contents of   the required artwork
   支持酒店设计师设计时的相关推广文字
  ·    Handle daily press enquiry and plan on press visit on a regular basis 
      处理日常媒体需求并定期计划常规媒体拜访 
      ·     Make sure the media database is up to date at all times   
      确保最新的媒体联络库
      ·    Develop close relationship with key media strategically and make sure it could benefit the hotel

  · Assist the Marcom Director on Crisis Management
