Offer warm welcome / farewell and greetings to all people entering Restaurant via main entrance area
以热情友好地态度在主要通道欢迎或欢送所有进入餐厅的宾客
Open Doors for guest circulating in and out of the restaurant
为来往进出餐厅的宾客提供开门服务
Assist guests who have difficulty boarding or alighting vehicle. E.g. handicapped guests, Adults with handful of items, Mothers carrying baby, etc
协助行动不便或上下车不方便的宾客。例如:残障人士,手持物品的宾客,带小孩的母亲等
Attends to table seating and introduce by name to on-call person while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Pâtisserie Lìzǎo's policies
根据预定引导客人入座并向侍应生介绍客人名字,同时遵循立早品牌规章制度,高效、有礼貌地且专业地提供服务,最大限度地提高客人满意度
Hi-tea Ambassador must be able to talk to guests should they be waiting in a queue to check in or check out
甜心大使必须与排队等候入住或结帐的宾客交流
Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner. Answering questions and directing people to their destinations

Handle all guest requests promptly and follow up that all requests have been responded to the guest’s full satisfaction

Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

Listen to guests requests with warmth, care and empathy and where necessary show guests to particular service areas for more information or action
充满热情,关怀及感同深受地聆听宾客的需求,在有必要的情况下带领宾客去相关服务区域从而获得更多的信息或行动
Grooming and appearance, it has to be the best in hotel. Smile and initiative is also compulsory
需要保持端庄的仪容仪表及外貌,微笑和主动性同样必不可少
Recognize return guests and VIP’s in the restaurant
认识餐厅的再次到访宾客和VIP客人
Have Restaurant Business cards available with her to provide to departure guests.
持餐厅名片以便提供给离店宾客
Be alert of the lighting, room temperature, background music, elevators performance and music at the Restaurant front entrance providing feedback to the manager for any necessary follow-up for lighting adjustment for the Restaurant entrance
留意灯光、包房温度、背景音乐、电梯状态以及餐厅正门入口处的音乐,就任何必要的跟进,向经理提供反馈,就餐厅入口处灯光提供建议
Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures; i.e. fire, alarm, evacuation, bomb, threat etc
充分了解紧急事件处理程序,例如火警, 警报,疏散,轰炸,恐吓等等
