本岗位工作地点：南京金鹰国际酒店
工作描述Job Description
1.    依照标准化菜单的要求，以质量和外观为重点，负责厨房和管事部工作的顺利进行。Responsible for the development and smooth operation of the kitchen and stewarding operations with emphasis on quality, presentation within the guidelines of the standard menus, and staff training.
2.    遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.  
3.    制定和完成部门预期目标。
Maintain departmental goals.
4.    负责制定和实施提高部门运作效率和对客服务质量的策略。
Develop and implement programs designed to improve the efficiency of the operation and which improve the service to our guests.
5.    遵守部门预算，时刻注意常额人员编制和成本控制。
Be able to work according to budget, keep constant eye on staffing level and control costs. 
6.    熟知酒店食品存货的采购，管理采购水平的工作程序，确保采取一切必要手段来控制食品预算成本的各方面，同时确保充足的食品库存并维持标准。
Maintain a sound knowledge of the hotel’s procedures for purchasing of food stocks, the control of purchasing levels and ensuring all necessary measures are in place to maintain budgeted food cost in all areas, while ensuring adequate food stocks and maintaining standards                                            

任职资格 Qualification
1.  根据标准的菜谱制作高质量的食品菜单
Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes and menu
2. 酒店厨房专业知识及领导能力
Kitchen management professional knowledge and leadership skills
3. 具有很强的计划、组织、沟通、协调、领导能力
Organizing and planning skills, communication skills, Coordination Skill, leadership skills
4. 熟练运用办公软件及相关管理软件
Skilled in the use of office automation equipment and related management software
5. 具备优秀的书面和口头表达能力 
Excellent written and verbal communication
6. 8年厨师工作经历，包括2年的管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
8 years' experience as a chef including at least 2 years in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7. 原则性强，职业化规范度高，具有良好的团队协作精神，出色的人际交往能力，诚实可靠 
Strong sense of principle, professional management ability, a good team spirit of collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, honest and reliable,
8. 具有较强的工作责任心和学习能力、良好的团队合作意识
