· Ensures that the hotel e-Marketing strategies and activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
确保酒店的电子商务推广与酒店的策略及集团的策略营销相呼应,并在相应的时间对酒店做出相对应的推广
· Attends regular departmental marketing communications meetings and ensure departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
参加市场传讯部的沟通例会,并保证会议的数据营销内容能及时执行
· Ensures that an organized, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all e-Marketing records.
确保数字营销方面有完整,准确并更新的文档管理系统
· Keeps office environment clean and neat and stores all data electronically as opposed to using box files.

· Prepares and submits reports on a timely manner.

· Provide excellent service to external customers, as well as internal customers in other departments.

· Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions on hotel official WeChat, Weibo, and all other social media channels

· Implement, support and communicate e-Marketing strategies and plans with the hotel, primarily in Distribution, Marketing, Sales and Revenue Management.

· Enhance the performance and promote hotel, restaurants and other relevant websites as an electronic marketing communication tools, distribution channels and methods of generating revenues, building loyalty and two-way customer communication.
加强酒店整体形象,餐厅,客房的推广,并在电子商务媒体中扩大传播范围,建立数据库及提升粉丝量,以保证酒店与客人的双向沟通并良好
· Act as the hotel webmaster, working with Marketing Communications and Strategic Marketing teams to ensure hotel website content is always up-to-date with relevant information and offers, well maintained and designed to reflect the hotel in a customer friendly manner, and in appropriate languages.
作为酒店的网络推广管理员,与市场及收益管理的团队保持良好合作,以确保酒店网站的信息正确及时。
· Manage the hotel database to ensure it is to be regularly updated and remained clean and relevant. Implement the permission-based e-mail marketing campaigns.
负责定期管理酒店的客户数据库,更新及整理,确保酒店的电子宣传邮件正常运作
· Manage hotel Weibo, WeChat and all other social media channels to promote hotel.
负责编辑,计划酒店微博,微信的定期推广内容
· Set up the e-mail service response standards in according to the guidelines
根据标准,建立酒店邮箱地址签名的格式,并及时通知各个部门同事更新
· Form beneficial partnerships with local online travel agents (OTAs) and suppliers, where appropriate, to recommend new online distribution channels.
和本地市场中的线上预订代理商保持良好关系, 并向酒店推荐新的线上推广渠道。
· Work with DOM & DOR to plan and implement GDS advertising campaigns.
与市场传讯总监及收益管理总监合作并计划 GDS 的广告推广
· Support the hotel with planning and implementation of online advertising campaigns with local third parties and monitor the results.
计划酒店的推广活动在本地市场的第三方网站及线上推广渠道中露出,并监督效果
· Work closely with DOR to analyze and optimize all online marketing activity performance results.

· Continuously evaluate current and emerging online vendors, their strategies and technologies Conduct analysis of competitor and/or marketing partner websites to understand and share current trends in the e-marketplace. Provide insights and suggest strategy changes where appropriate.
持续性的监测及关注线上网站供应商所提供的策略及技术支持,分析竞争酒店的网站及网络推广以了解电子商务市场的趋势,并提供相应的策略及意见建议
· Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

· Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications
任职资格
· At least two-year relevant working experience;
2 年以上相关工作经验;
· Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent both in verbal and written English;
能用工作所在地的主要语言流畅沟通;英语口语及书面流利;
· Proven experience with computers and business software;
电脑及商用软件的使用经验;
· Must present a well-groomed appearance.
