l To ensure that all goods coming into the hotel are properly ordered and in an acceptable condition

l To receive goods from the suppliers with proper and complete documentation. If during pricing period, receiving based on the quantity on PR.
收货时必须附有正确,完整的采购订单。如在定价期间,以PR单数量进行收货。
l To examine both quality and quantity of goods received is in line with hotel standard.

l Strict inspection date and shelf life of delivered goods
严格检查送至酒店货物的生产日期及保质期。
l Daily check receiving area hygiene situation, in order to conform to the hygiene standards of the hotel

l To ensure that goods are promptly moved to the storeroom or department concerned.
确保将货物及时和妥善地存放到仓库或相关部门。
l To be responsible for all documentation such as the Receiving Records, the Receiving Clerk's Daily Report.
负责保管诸如收货记录及收货员每日报表等文件。
l prepare receiving records according to the actual number of the arrival goods vs. order
根据到货的实际数量和订单编制收货记录。
l Daily receiving record summary table should be sent to cost department for inspection.
每日将收货记录汇总表送至成本部以便于检查。
l Do a good job of waste materials processing.
