·           Operates, maintains and repairs the boilers and plant auxiliary equipment.

操作,维修保养锅炉设备及其辅助设备.

·           Maintain and repair the plumbing system and other mechanical equipment.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责

Administrative Responsibilities

行政职责

·            To operate fuel fired boiler system ensuring constant supply of hot water, heating hot water and steam through hotel complex repairs and preventative maintenance to entire boiler system including steam system, heat exchangers.

合理的操作锅炉及其配套的供热系统,保证蒸汽,热水和暖气的正常供应,维修并预防保护锅炉及其配套系统。

·           Preventative maintenance of hotel boilers.

对锅炉进行预防性维保。

 

Technical Responsibilities

技术职责:

·           Operate the boiler and related steam, water and condensate systems and equipment in accordance with standard engineering practices.  Inspect regularly the area under his responsibility to ensure all equipment are functioning properly and in compliance with required operation parameters.

按标准规程操作酒店的锅炉及相关的蒸汽、给水、凝结水系统设备,并定期巡检其负责地区以确保设备工况正常,符合规定的操作参数。

·           To ensure the boiler water being properly treated and maintained.

保证锅炉水处理系统正常运转及格水质合格.

·           Check and record the temperature, pressure of boilers heat exchangers.

检查并记录锅炉,热交换器的运行状况.

·           To maintain the proper running record for all machines.

做所有机器的正常运行记录

·           Any defects of faults which were found during your duty should brought to the attention of your supervisor and carry out repair immediately.

当班时,所发现的任何错失及问题均须汇报上司并立即维修.

·           Keep all workshop, plant room, grease tank, fuel pump room and public area clean & tidy.

保持工作间、机房、油池、油泵房以及公共区域的整洁。

·           Strictly follow the Boiler Safety Operation Rules and Regulations.

严格遵守锅炉安全操作规章制度.

·           To carry out other mechanical system maintenance & repairs as directed.

按上司指示执行其它机械系统维修保养.

·           To ensure the system hand over on every shift according to hand-over procedures.

交接班时,严格遵照交接班程序

·            Assist other trades when necessary.

在必要时协助其他工种的同事完成工作。

·           Renders overtime or change of time schedules as situation may require without any delay.

当工作需要时,随时服从加班或换班的安排。

·           Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.

遵照既定的程序,准时出勤。

·           Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.

遵循员工手册和规章制度列出的要求。

·           Adheres to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Hotel and his area.

遵照酒店的指定的卫生和个人仪容仪表的标准。

·           Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.

确保无论何时都应提供给大使们一个没有歧视、骚扰和迫害的工作环境。

·           Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

对待来自不同文化背景的客人和同事都应给予尊重和体贴。

·           Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

辨认并处理可能由不同文化引起的矛盾和误解事件。

 

Guest Service Responsibilities

对客服务责任:

·           Being constantly attentive to convey a good image of oneself, one’s hotel and one’s brand.

持续不断的关注和传递你自己、你的酒店、你的品牌的良好形象。

·           Being in the right place and dealing with every customer request.

在正确的地方处理客人的每一个要求

·           Being considerate to the customers, ready to make simple gestures to take care of them and ensure their well-being.

为客人考虑周到,准备好用简单的肢体语言照顾客人,并确保他们的舒适

·           Being sure of yourself and your skills to establish a simple and natural relationship with the customers.

自信以及有技巧的与客人沟通,确保和客户建立简单且自然的关系

 

Keys Performance Indicator

绩效考核关键指标:

·           Work Quantity and Quality:  Meets established deadlines & assumes personal responsibility for work product.  Continually strives to improve efficiency. Completes all elements of job requirements. 

工作量和质量:能在期限之前完成,能为工作承担责任。持续地努力提高工作效率。完成工作需要的其他要素。

·           Initiative/Judgement:  Identifies and appropriately solves or refers problems. Takes responsibility for independent action.

主动性和判断力:能识别并恰当地解决问题。能对自己的行动承担责任。

·           Conduct:  Follows company’s rules and policies and is a good example for co-workers to follow.  Displays professional behavior.

执行:遵守酒店的规章制度和程序,并成为其他同事的榜样。展示专业的行为举止。

·           Communications:  Expresses self clearly and professionally. Maintains open communication with manager.

沟通:能清晰并专业的表达自己。和自己的上司保持开放的沟通。

·           Adaptability: Shows support for organizational changes.

适应性:对组织的任何变更给予一贯的支持。

·           Attendance:  Does not disrupt operations by being habitually tardy or absent.  Demonstrates reliability by maintaining consistent work attendance.  Displays flexibility and provides additional support when needed.

出勤:不迟到、早退和旷工。保持一贯地良好的出勤,并在部门工作需要时及时给予支持。

 

Miscellaneous

其它:

·           All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

所有的大使需要遵循来自上级主管的每一个合理的要求,这些要求也许需要一些时间在正常的工作环境下执行和完成。

·           All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels. 所有的大使也许要执行饭店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。

 

General Duties

一般职责:

·           Abide by Hotel’s and Department’s policy & procedure.

遵守酒店及部门的各种规章制度。

·           Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor

随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。

 

Health and Safety

健康和安全:

·         Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified

·确保所有的潜在的和事实的安全隐患要及时汇报和更正。

·         Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures

·熟悉所有部门的消防、紧急事件处理程序。

·         Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees

·确保所有的紧急方案都经过彩排,实施和加强以保护客人和员工的安全。

·         Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

·通过严格遵守现行的法律、法规等,来较好的执行酒店的规章制度,以确保酒店内部所有的人员和物品的安全。

·         Ensure all staff within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others

·确保所有部门内部的员工都在安全的情形下工作,不可能在受伤害或危险的环境下工作。

·         Use safe manual handling techniques and practise safe work habits following Suning Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimise our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.

·使用安全手册技术并实践苏宁集团健康、安全环境政策下的安全工作习惯,保持将我们对环境和污染的防护减到最小的工作程序。

 

Confidentiality

保密:

·         Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Suning Internet and Email policy

·确保保密性和所有有关酒店的数据无论软件和硬件的安全,坚持苏宁集团网络和邮件政策。

·         Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.

·确保在员工在职或离职后对酒店、客人和员工信息或者其它的相关信息的保密性。
