Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of HR & Administration, the Personnel Manager will be in charge of recruitment and other personnel issues. He/she will help to promote employees satisfaction and ensure compliance with local and federal employment and labour laws, and maintains the highest level of standards in the luxury environment.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责
Administration

· Assist in establishing standard policies and screening system.
协助制订招聘的标准制度与程序。
· Maintain and update employees’ records, legal document and other personnel matters.
管理和更新员工的档案、法律法规文件以及其他人事文件。
· Assist in preparing the monthly personnel reports such as turnovers, personnel inventories, recruitment, employees accident.
协助准备月度人事报告,如人员招聘情况、人员流动,员工人数,招聘新员工和员工事故状况。
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

· Identify and select excellent, stable talents, in order to reduce turnover rate then reduce the recruitment expenses.

· Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation

· Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

· Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

· Interacts with external establishments or individuals such as schools, labour market, social insurance bureau etc. government officials and members of the local community.

· Disseminates personnel policies to hotel employees and assist to organize employees activities to motivate employees relations

· Greet and be generous to all guests and colleagues and always willing to offer the assistance

· Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a luxury guest experience.

Professional Technical Responsibilities

· Implement recruitment and screening system.

· Responsible for recruitment.

· Follow up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.
密切跟踪员工试用期和合同的到期期限。
· Monitor the follow up of time record of employees.
监督员工考勤记录。
· Ensure the application and proper management of the Ambassador social insurance and housing fund.
确保员工社保关系及公积金的办理。
· Ensure the application and renew of the Foreign Employees’ work permit and resident permit.
确保外籍员工工作签证及居留许可证的办理及更新。
· Responsible for local trainees’ recruitment and management.
负责国内实习生的招聘及管理工作。

· All employees are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
