职位描述

The Training Manager will be responsible for managing the learning process within the hotel. They will ensure that all learning and development activities are completely aligned with the culture, Suning values and Suning HMC standard, and the hotel strategy. They are a partner in the quality process of the hotel.

培训经理将承担管理酒店培训的责任。该职位将确保酒店开展的所有培训与发展活动是完全符合苏宁集团企业文化和价值观,符合苏宁酒店管理公司品牌标准,以及酒店战略。该职位是酒店质量运作中的合作伙伴。

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责

Administration

行政

·           Develop annual hotel training plans and prepare quarterly reports to management

制定年度培训计划和准备酒店季度报告。

·           Develop and maintain hotel’s training facilities which include the training room & Suning corner

发展和维护酒店培训设备设施,包括培训教室和苏宁角。

·           Prepare the monthly training calendar and arrange the training courses

准备月度培训计划和安排培训课程。

·           Maintain, supervisory and management training records

维护、监督和管理培训记录。

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

财务和收益责任

·           Identify internal and external training resources and optimize the training budget

识别内部和外部培训资源以及优化培训预算。

Training and Human Resources

培训和人力资源

·           Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation

确保提供给员工一个没有歧视、骚扰和危险的工作环境。

·           Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

处理骚扰、歧视的投诉并且保密。

·           Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

对待来自不同文化背景的客人和同事都应给予尊重和体贴。

·           Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题。

·           According to the situation, organize staff activities and publicizing.

Guest Service Responsibilities

对客服务的责任

·           Provide training to support quality standards to ensure a luxury guest experience

提供支持保证服务质量和奢华顾客体验的培训项目。

·           Greet and be generous to all guests and colleagues and always willing to offer the assistance

主动热情的回应客人及同事的需求,并提供帮助。

·           Organize Colleague Relations activities and publicizing

组织员工关系活动并做好宣传工作。

·           Coordinate on CONNECT (community service) activities

协助筹备社区服务及福利活动。

·           Maintain employee relations

维护员工关系。

Professional Technical Responsibilities

专业技术责任

·           Conduct an annual training needs analysis for each department within the hotel and incorporate the hotel’s training plan with the Business Plan of the hotel

对于酒店内的各部门开展年度培训进行需求分析,并且将酒店年度培训计划与业务计划相结合。

·           Review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management

回顾培训政策、程序和实践,并且向管理层建议改进提高的意见。

·           Coordinate with the department managers to help identify departmental trainer and training opportunities for ambassadors

协调各部门经理,来帮助他们识别部门培训师和培训机会。

·           Counsel hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development etc.

根据需求为员工开展相应职业生涯规划、培训和发展等咨询。

·           Incorporate customer information as part of the training strategy; understand the impact of the key components of a successful hotel: employees, customers, owners and profit

将客户信息始终作为培训战略的一部分,理解影响一个酒店成功的因素:员工、顾客、业主和利润。

·           Manage and implement company training programs and deliver training sessions with educational methods adapted to adult learning styles

管理和执行公司培训项目并使用适合成年人学习的风格来实施培训课程。

·           Develop and adapt training programs to meet day to day hotel needs(including lesson plans, participant materials, job aids and user manuals)

发展和改进培训方案以满足酒店的需求(包括课程计划、学员手册、辅助程序和用户手册)

·           Maximize learning by providing a creative and efficient environment in the delivery of training sessions

在培训课程中最大化的提供有创造性的和有影响力的学习环境。

·           Share responsibilities for the integration and orientation process of new hires and assist with implementation of new policies, procedures and standards

分担责任来整合及培训在新员工入职程序上,并且协助执行所有新的政策、程序和标准。

·           Keep the effective networking within Suning training communities

在苏宁培训社区内拥有有效的工作关系网。

·           Has the own department development plan to keep their training knowledge and skills current; Coach and offer the guidance to the Training Supervisor on all the training issues

拥有自己部门的发展规划来保证培训部成员的培训知识和技能,指导和提供支持来帮助培训主管在培训上的需求。

·           Plan and executes employee social, athletic and recreational program.

计划, 组织员工的社会的、运动的和娱乐的活动。

·           Ensures the brand’s cultures, quality standards and behaviours/attitudes are applied long-term throughout the hotel, with making and posting different kinds of posters.

通过制作和发布各种海报,确保品牌的文化、质量标准和行为/态度能长期在酒店使用。

Miscellaneous

·           All employees are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

所有员工在工作中都被要求遵守直接主管所发出的一切合理要求,并且遵循、完成工作。

·           All employees may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

当涉及到商业层面时员工须签署酒店内相关其他责任。

GENERAL DUTIES:

·         Abide by Hotel’s and Department’s policy & procedure.

遵守酒店及部门的各种规章制度。

·         Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor

随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。

Health and Safety

健康与安全

·           Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified

确保所有潜在的和实际的危险是被立即报告和纠正的。

·           Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures

熟悉各个部门的消防、紧急处理程序。

·           Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees

为了客人们和员工的安全和消防安全,必须确保所有的紧急程序都被预演、落实和实施。

·           Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

·           Ensure all employees r within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others

·           Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habits following Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimize our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.

遵循健康、安全和环境政策,来养成使用安全操作手册和实践安全工作的习惯。减少对环境的影响和防止污染。

·           Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Hotel Internet and Email policy

确保保密和安全的存储所有知识产权和数据,包括所有印刷品和电子软件。遵守酒店互联网和电子邮件政策。

·           Ensure Hotel, Customer and employee information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
