Complete responsibility for the highest level ofsanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel. To ensure all food served toguests and employees are free of harmless, chemical and physical contamination,and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local healthauthorities.

Administration
行政
· As authorized by theGeneral Manager, responsible for the overall Hygiene inspection ofthe hotel, conductoverall inspection, supervision and coordination of operation departments.
经总经理授权,负责酒店整体食品卫生安全检查,并对职能部门进行全面的检查、监督和协调。
· Establish and revise food safety managementsystem, hygiene inspection standard and system, to ensure that standards are inaccordance with the operations manual; and arrange the quality inspectionimplemented by routine inspection, spot check and special inspection.
建立食品安全管理体系、标准与制度,确保所有工作符合酒店标准;采用常规检查、抽查、专项检查等方式安排实施。
· Be good knowledgeablewith brand hygienestandard make sure all the brand standards are implemented.
熟知酒店品牌食品安全标准以及各运营部门服务标准和流程,并确保品牌标准在酒店得以执行。
· Work closely with local administration and implement relevant regulationstrictly. Attend regular organized meeting and training, studying the latestrequirements.
与当地市场监督管理局紧密合作,严格执行其规定,并定期参加其组织的会议、培训,学习有关的最新要求。
· Maintains a steadyflow of communication to General Manager and all department heads.
与总经理以及各部门负责人保持经常稳定的沟通。
· Work closely withHODs to assess service standards and delivery on a regular basis.
与部门总监/经理密切合作,定时评估服务及服务标准。
· Reportsfoodsafetyinspection daily at the morning briefing with updates and highlights points forimprovement.
每天早会基于前一天卫生检查情况进行反馈,分享最新内容并强调需要改进的地方。
· Conducts Food Safety regular (monthly)meetings to review, discuss areas of improvement, root cause analysis,brainstorm ideas, and review the ongoing action plan to improve guestexperience in the hotel. Explaining new directions and policiesand procedures at the same time.
定期组织召开食品安全例会,就食品安全工作做出回顾,讨论需要改进的领域,分析根本原因,开展头脑风暴,并回顾正在实施的行动计划来提高酒店的食品安全水平,同时在会上解释新的政策和方向。
· Prepare and checkdaily and monthly records and inspection reports, and other reports as required.
按需求准备及检查食品管理相关的各种日报表、月报表及其它工作报告。
· Organize the food safety training of related department.
组织安排食品管理相关培训。
· Obey the MOD dutyroster, apply to get approve in advance if will have any changes.
服从周末及节假日行政值班表,如需调整,需要提前申请并得到同意

· The Hygiene Manageridentifies training needs based on daily inspection reports. Trainingneed tocommunicated to the respective department head and Hotel Training Department.Departmental training plans should include trainings to address shortfalls in daily opreation based onservice standards. Training records need to be maintained for checking and validationpurpose.
卫生经理日常检查内容确定培训需求。与相对应的部门经理和培训发展部沟通培训需求。根据食品卫生标准,部门培训应重点应对操作中的短板。保存培训记录以便检查和确认。
Guest ServiceResponsibilities
对客服务的责任
· Maintains appropriatestandards of dress, hygiene uniforms, appearance and posture.
保持恰当得体的着装,制服整洁,言谈举止端庄优雅。
· Have direct contactwith guests to collect direct feedback and facilitate new ways of collectingmore in-house feedback.
直接与客人沟通以获得客人的直接反馈,并寻找更多新的途径来获取在店客人的反馈。
· Supervises the abovementioned positions to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
管理和督导各部门的工作以确保客人得到最满意的服务。
· To handle the guest complainactively, to deal with the guest with win-win result.
主动参与处理客人投诉,妥善处理,既让客人满意也要维护好酒店利益。
· Visit long staying& regular guests, to build and maintain a good relationship with them.
保证重要客人得到特殊关注;拜访长/常住客,与客人建立良好的关系。
ProfessionalTechnical Responsibilities
专业技术责任
· Effectivecommunication skills in both Chinese & English.
有效的中英文沟通能力。
· Strong experiencewith the setup and management of a Food Safety Management System.
· 对食品安全管理体系的建立及管理具有丰富的经验。
· Experience inpartnering and working closely with different stakeholders at various levelsincluding Regional/Global teams.
与各个级别的相关团队成员包括区域/全球团队有过合作经验以及紧密的工作关系。
· Possess leadershipquality and supervisory skills, independent, committed and well-organized.

· Be expert of OfficeSoftware.

· 2-3 years as Hygiene Manager in5-star 5 Star category Hotel.

· Comply with every reasonable request fromGeneralManager/Hotel Management within an amount oftime that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

· All staffs may beassigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
