职位描述

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of HR &Administration, the HR Supervisor Assist HR Associate Manager in charge ofrecruitment, employee wages, employee benefits and other personnel issues.He/she will help to promote employee satisfaction and ensure compliance withlocal and federal employment and labor laws, and maintains the highest level ofstandards in the luxury environment.

在人事行政总监的统一领导下,人力资源主管协助人事部长负责招聘、员工薪资、福利及其他人事部各项事务,协助促进员工的满意度,确保遵守地方雇佣和劳动法,达到在豪华环境里的最高满意度。

CORE WORKACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责

Administration

行政

·          Takeresponsibility in areas of employee monthly attendance related and benefitsreport.

负责制作员工每月考勤相关报表、福利报表。

·          Manage andupdate employee personnel file, monthly Ambassador attendance, social insuranceand house fund. etc. records.

管理和更新员工的档案、每月考勤、社会保险、公积金造册。

·           Maintainthe HR computer system.

人事系统的维护。

Financial and RevenueResponsibilities

财务和收益责任

·          Monitor HRcomputer system running properly and update employee information on time inorder to ensure the employee monthly attendance report is correct.

监控电脑人事系统的运作正常及更新及时以确保每月员工考勤报表的准确性、及时性。

·          Make surethe accurate of Social Insurance and Housing Fund deduction.

确保社会保险及住房公积金缴交的准确性。

Training and HumanResources

培训和人力资源

·          Ensurewherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free ofdiscrimination, harassment and victimisation

确保提供给员工一个没有歧视、骚扰和危险的工作环境。

·          Treatcomplaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

处理骚扰、歧视的投诉并且保密。

·          Treatcustomers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

对待来自不同文化背景的客人和同事都应给予尊重和体贴。

·          Identifyand deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题。

Guest ServiceResponsibilities

·          Implementsan effective employee relations and motivation program in hotel.

促进员工关系,调动员工积极性。

·          Interactswith individuals outside the hotel including but not limited to, employeebenefit representatives, applicants, government officials and members of thelocal community.

与负责管理员工福利和其他相关事务的政府官员,地方代表保持好联系。

·          Greet andbe generous to all guests and colleagues and always willing to offer theassistance

主动热情的回应客人及同事的需求,并提供帮助。

·          Coordinateon CONNECT (community service) activities

协助筹备社区服务及福利活动。

Professional TechnicalResponsibilities

专业技术责任

·          Supervisesthe attendance system maintain in each department.

监督各部门考勤系统的维护。

·          Process employeesocial insurance and housing fund procedure.

负责员工社会保险及公积金手续。

·          Ensurehotel employment contracts are signed in line with hotel policy and governmentlaw.

确保员工劳动合同的签订符合酒店政策及法律要求。

·          Monitor employeeattendance records, including employee leave statistic to ensure employee leaveapplication form, monthly attendance form and monthly employee overtime andcompensation summary form are consistent and correct and prepare respectivemonthly reports.

跟踪员工的出勤记录,包括各类假期的统计,确保员工假单、月底考勤表、每月员工加班补休汇总表的统一并准备月度报告。

·          Assists inemployee recruitment and screening system.

协助人事招聘及筛选工作。

·          Prepareand submit periodic personnel reports such as the notices for employee probationcomplete, labour contract renew promotion and monthly employee leave summaryetc.

定期准备并上交人事报表、表单、信函,如:员工试用期转正通知、合同续签通知、员工晋升祝贺信函、员工晋升确认函、每月员工假期统计表等。

·          Follow upPersonnel Action Form for employees.

跟进员工人事变动事宜。

·          Prepareand submit periodic employee attendance related reports.

·          定期准备并上交员工考勤相关报告。

·          Monitorand review hotel benefits and compensation and recommend to HR Associate Managerof the changes as appropriate.

关注酒店的员工福利和补助情况,如有变化,向人力资源部长汇报。

·          Ensure employeefrom other cities have temporarily resident certificate and update on time.

确保外地员工办理了暂住证并及时更新。

·          Ensure thesalary and wages issue for resignation employee and manage the resignation employeepersonal file.

确保离职员工的薪资发放及离职人员档案管理。

·          Counsel employeesalary and wages related questions and other personnel requirement.

对酒店员工进行薪资等相关问题及其他人事咨询。

·          Coordinatesfunctions and activities with other departments.

协调与其他部门的工作和活动。

·          All employeesare required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchicalsupervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normalcircumstances.

所有员工在工作中都被要求遵守直接主管所发出的一切合理要求,并且遵循、完成工作。

·          All employeesmay be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by businesslevels.

当涉及到商业层面时员工须签署酒店内相关其他责任。

·          Be fullyconversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures

熟悉各个部门的消防、紧急情况的处理程序。

·          Ensurethat all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced toprovide for the security and safety of guests and Employees

为了客人们和员工的安全和消防安全,必须确保所有的紧急程序都被预演、落实和实施。

·          Ensure thesafety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairlyapplying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

·          Ensure allemployees within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely togive risk of harm or injury to selves or others

确保所有员工都在部门内以安全的方式操作,避免不安全的或者不适合的冒险的行为造成自己或者其他工作人员的损伤或不便。

·          Use safemanual handling techniques and practice safe work habits following Health,Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimize our impact onthe environment and prevent pollution.

遵循健康、安全和环境政策,来养成使用安全操作手册和实践安全工作的习惯。减少对环境的影响和防止污染。
