Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing accounts withinspecific segments, markets, or geographical territories on behalf of one ormore hotels. Maintain or increase current account production for group,transient, and catering business. Manage larger accounts or special markets.Provide leadership to overall proactive sales team.

代表一家或多家酒店负责确立、发展及管理不同区域、市场及地域的客户。维持及增长团队、散客客户及宴会业务。管理重要大客户或特定市场。领导整个销售团队。

Operational 

营运管理

·          Develops, monitors,and evaluates all Events related objectives, strategies, marketing plans andactions in the Events Sales Department with the Director of F&B andDirector of Sales, so as to achieve or surpass forecasted revenues.

和同餐饮行政总监和销售总监一起发展、监督并评估所有与宴会部相关的目标、策略,市场营销计划和行动,以能达到或超越收入预算

·          Works closely withthe Executive Chef to come up with creative suggestions and ideas.

与行政总厨保持紧密的合作关系,并能提供有创造性的建议和想法

·          Constantly reviewsand monitors the guest service standards ensuring they meet hotel brandstandards and exceed the level of market expectation.

持续回顾和监督客人服务标准以确保酒店提供的服务达到酒店品牌标准和超越市场的期望水平

Guest service

·          Establishes a rapportwith guests maintaining effective customer relationships and handles all guestcomplaints, requests and enquiries relating to Food, Beverage and service.

与客人建立良好的关系,处理客人的投诉、要求和关于餐饮及服务的咨询

·          Personally andfrequently ensures that guests are receiving the best possible service.

经常亲自核实客人是否得到了尽可能好的服务

·          Spends time in eachfunction / event to ensure that the function / event is managed well by BanquetService and the supporting team as well as functions to the fullestexpectations.

应给与每个活动/宴会相应的关注,以确保其在宴会服务人员及相关的支援队员和活动的协助下,顺利进行并充分满足客人的期望

Marketing

营销

·          Prepares a yearlymarketing plan for Events Sales, which is the basis of the Food and BeverageAnnual Marketing Plan.

为宴会和会议队伍制定一个年度营销计划,为餐饮部年度营销计划的制定打下基础

·          Continuously seeksways to maximize revenues and profits by cross selling and up-selling otherfacilities and service.

通过拓展销售和升级销售其它设施服务等途径不断地实现收入最大化

·          Monitors and analysesthe activities and trends of other hotel’s banqueting departments and takesproactive measures to ensure all events are well organized, original andexciting to set us apart from competitors.

监察和分析其他酒店宴会部门的活动及趋势,采取先发制人的方法去确保所有宴会活动具有良好的组织性、潮流引领性和效应性,使酒店卓而不群

·          Actively courts anddevelops sales and marketing activities with key industry partners such astravel agencies and group organizers.

积极地寻求发展与主要行业合作伙伴的销售营销活动,例如:旅行社和会议组织者

·          Ensures that allemployees in the Events Sales Department are fully aware of market needs andtrends and that their products meet these requirements.

确保所有的宴会销售部员工充分了解市场的需要和趋势,而他们这些产品能满足现有的需要和趋势

Administration

·          Assists with thedevelopment and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual thatreflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performancewithin the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.

协助撰写具体的部门运行手册,其中应包括总部门的政策及程序、工作流程和执行标准。每年需进行回顾,确保手册能反映新的变化。

·          Assists with thepreparation of the Marketing Business Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectivesfully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs of employees.

协助市场营销计划的制定,确保部门目标与酒店营运目标及员工需求相一致

·          Assists with thepreparation and regular update of the Marketing Departmental Budget in closecooperation with the Director of Food and Beverage, ensuring targets are metand costs are effectively controlled.

在与餐饮部总监紧密合作的同时,协助市场营销部预算的制定和定期的更新,确保目标达到的同时成本也处于有效的控制之下

·          Enforces officePolicies & Procedures, which will ensure maximum efficiency, and a minimumnumber of mistakes in the Events Sales Department.

强调办公室政策与程序,确保宴会销售部的效率最大化,错误最小化

·          Utilizes technologytools to the fullest Marketing and Sales potential.

利用技术工具,充分开发市场销售的潜力

·          Ensures that anefficient and accurate filing system, both manually and electronically ismaintained at all time.

确保一个有效且准确的手动和电子文件归档系统

·          Ensures that allcredit and collection procedures established by Finance are adhered to andbeing implemented.

确保遵守财务部制定的所有的信贷和收款程序

·          Reviews andconstantly seeks productivity level improvements of all employees through the processof “taking work out of the system” (when appropriate) and through thestreamlining of work processes.

通过“(当合适的时候)另觅新径和分工合作”的方式,回顾并不断地寻求提高员工生产力的方法

·          Focuses attention onimproving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility /payroll costs within acceptable guidelines, ensuring optimum deployment andenergy efficiency of all equipment.

既要注重提高生产力水平也要谨慎地把利用率和工资成本控制在可接受范围,确保设备的适度增减和能源的有效利用。

·          Recruits, selects,motivates and develops Events Sales employees to work following theoperational, financial, administrative philosophies and encourages them tobecome multi skilled and multi task.

招聘、筛选、激励和发展合适的宴会销售人员。他们必须遵循酒店的营运、财务和行政管理理念,有意成长为具有多重技能,能执行多项任务的员工

·          Through hands-onmanagement, supervises closely all Events Sales employees in the performance oftheir duties in accordance with Policies & Procedures and applicable laws.

通过专人负责管理方式,密切督导所有的宴会销售人员的工作表现是否符合政策程序及相关的法律法规

·          Delegatesappropriately duties and responsibilities to equipped and resourcefulemployees, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operationand safety are maintained.

分配合适的工作和责任给有相关能力和资源的员工,在确保营运和安全标准的前提下培养和发展他们

·          Instils and supportsthe Training initiatives and philosophies of the company and works closely withthe Training Manager in developing a team of active Departmental Trainers.

·          Ensuring that allManagers and Team Leaders take an active role in the training and developmentof employees.

·          Ensures all employeesmaintain an up-to-date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion,policy changes and appropriate internal communication.

General

总则

·          In the absence of theDirector of Sales, represents Marketing Division on the Hotel ExecutiveCommittee, ensures the efficient & smooth operation of the MarketingDivision providing services and support to other Divisions as required.

销售部总监不在时,作为市场销售部在酒店执行委员会的代表,确保市场销售部有效而顺利地运作,按照其它部门的要求提供服务与支持

·          Attends andcontributes to all Meetings as required.

按照要求,参与所有的会议并做出应有的贡献

·          Ensures all employeesprovide courteous and professional service at all times.

确保所有的员工在任何时候都提供礼貌而专业的服务

·          Handles guest andemployee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints orproblems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for aprompt follow up.

有礼而高效的处理客人和员工的咨询。如果不能即时找到合适的解决方案,在向客人或员工承诺跟进的同时应向上级汇报相关的投诉或问题

·          Is knowledgeable instatutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding andstrictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the EmployeeHandbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health &safety.

充分了解雇员立法和劳资关系,理解并严格遵守员工手册、酒店消防、卫生、健康与安全等相关的规章制度

·          Is actively involvedin the welfare, safety, development and well-being of employees providingadvice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.

积极地为员工的福利、安全、发展和心身健康出谋献策,并给与有辅导性,可信度和建设性的回馈

·          Ensures highstandards of personal presentation & grooming.

确保员工精神面貌的高度标准性

·          Ensures servicesprovided by the Department are always available and are always carried out tostandard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed inthe Department Operations Manual.

·          Maintains positiveguest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

发展良好的工作关系,维持与客人和同事之间的积极互动

·          Exercises responsiblemanagement and behavior at all times and positively represents the HotelManagement Team and hotel.

任何时候都展现有责任的管理和行为,为酒店管理层和酒店建立正面的形象

·          Responds to requeststo undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and changes as dictatedby the Hotel, industry and company.

承担合理的工作职责和第二职责,并根据酒店、行业和公司的需要做相应的调整
