Manages all events activities including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations and management of the sale team.
•	协助管理所有会务销售工作与活动，包括直销、销售询价、销售管理、公关活动和销售团队管理。
•	Produces the annual revenue plan in conjunction with executive committee, Events budgets and forecasts

•	Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved

•	 Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate

•	Provides direction on and conducts market research

Required Skills –

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field, and two to four years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must speak local language. Other languages preferred
