防损部监控员应以友善，礼貌，仔细，高效的风格处理和执行他的职权，遵循酒店的规章制度及确保消防设施设备完好在位，同时保证高质量的服务标准。

Duties & Responsibilities: 职责义务：

1. Observe the rules and regulations of the controlroom.

遵守控制室的各项规章制度。

2. Familiar with and master the workingprinciple and operating procedures of the system, familiar with the functionsof various keys, skilled operation of various systems.

熟悉和掌握系统的工作原理和操作规程，熟悉各种按键的功能，熟练操作各种系统。

3. Responsible for the daily inspection of firecontrol facilities, and carefully fill in the "Fire Control Room dutyRecord" and "Fire Prevention Inspection Record", and regularlycheck all kinds of fire control facilities, to ensure that the automatic firecontrol facilities are intact and effective.

负责对消防设施的每日检查，并认真填写《消防控制室值班记录》和《防火巡检记录》，并定期对各种消防设施进行检查，保证自动消防设施的完好有效。

4. Find and handle equipment faults in time,and register on the Fire Inspection Record.

及时发现和处理设备故障，并在《防火检查记录》上进行登记。

5. Grasp and understand the operation of firecontrol facilities, false alarm, failure and other related conditions.

掌握和了解消防设施的运行、误报警、故障等有关情况。

6. Proficient in "Fire Accident EmergencyHandling Procedures", able to carry out firefighting and rescue work inaccordance with the procedures in case of fire.

熟练掌握《火灾事故紧急处理程序》，火灾情况下能够按照程序开展灭火救援工作。

7. The fire control room implements the 24-hourduty system, and the competent department of the fire control room shallformulate the staff duty schedule on a monthly basis.

消防控制室实行24小时值班制度，消防控制室的主管部门应按月制定工作人员值班表。

8. The staff of the fire control room shall notbe less than 2 people per shift, one of whom is the foreman, responsible forthe management of the control room personnel and the disposal of emergencysituations on duty.

消防控制室工作人员每班不得少于2人，其中一名为领班，负责控制室人员的管理及值班时紧急情况的处置。

9. The operators of the automatic fire controlsystem in the fire control room must pass the vocational skills training withthe certification.

消防控制室自动消防系统的操作人员，必须经过职业技能培训合格后，持证上岗。

10. The staff of the fire control room shouldwork 10 minutes in advance and do a good job in the shift handover. Thereplacement personnel shall not leave the post without the arrival.

消防控制室工作人员应提前10分钟上岗，并做好交接班工作，接班人员未到岗前交班人员不得擅自离岗。

11. The staff of the fire control room should beon time, and stick to the post, due diligence, shall not leave the post,replace the post, sleep post, it is strictly prohibited to drink before duty oron duty, because of special circumstances can’t go to the post, should leave to the headof the unit in advance, after approval, by the same position of personnelinstead of duty.

消防控制室工作人员要按时上岗，并坚守岗位，尽职尽责，不得脱岗、替岗、睡岗，严禁值班前饮酒或在值班时进行娱乐活动，因确有特殊情况不能到岗的，应提前向单位主管领导请假，经批准后，由同等职务的人员代替值班。

12. Clear signs shall be provided at theentrance of the fire control room.

应在消防控制室的入口处设置明显的标志。

13. The fire control room shall be equipped withan outside telephone, fire accident emergency lighting, fire extinguishers andother fire equipment.

消防控制室应设置一部外线电话及火灾事故应急照明、灭火器等消防器材。

14. The fire control room staff should take goodcare of the facilities of the fire control room and keep the health of thecontrol room clean.

消防控制室工作人员要爱护消防控制室的设施，保持控制室内的卫生。

15. Independent personnel are strictlyprohibited to enter the fire control room and touch the equipment at will.

严禁无关人员进入消防控制室，随意触动设备。

16. It is strictly prohibited to storeinflammable and explosive dangerous goods and pile up sundries unrelated to theoperation of the equipment.

消防控制室内严禁存放易燃易爆危险物品和堆放与设备运行无关的杂物。

17. Smoking or using open fire is strictlyprohibited in the fire control room.

消防控制室内严禁吸烟或动用明火。

18. Follow all company policies and procedures.
