PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

 

  • Comply with all      Hotel, Langham Hotels International standards, policies and procedures.

依从朗廷国际集团的标准,规章和程序。

  • Attend morning      handover with the Housekeeping floor supervisor.

在晨会时,与楼层主管交接工作。

  • Demonstrate an      awareness and compliance of Health and Safety policies in the workplace.

在工作场所依照并演示健康和安全的规定。

  • Complete      assigned jobs working systematically from room to room.

有计划先后地完成被分配的客房工作。

  • Ensures all      maintenance is reported to the Housekeeping coordinator.

确保向客房协调员汇报所有的工程维修。

  • Report all      accidents to the floor supervisor and the security officer.

向楼层主管和安保员汇报所有突发事件和意外。

  • Ensure pantries      are kept tidy.

确保工作间保持整洁。

  • Ensure all      corridors are kept clean.

确保所有走廊保持整洁。

  • To ensure room      attendant work bucket and floor pantry are restocked for the next day      work.

确保服务员手提篮和工作间的备品齐全,从而方便第二天服务员的工作。

  • Complete blitz      assigned on a daily basis.

完成每日的突发事件分配。

  • Be aware of all      hotel facilities and activities and respond appropriately to all guest      inquires.

了解酒店信息设施和活动并合理回答客人的询问。

  • Ensure that a      correct hand over takes place with the housekeeping floor supervisor,      housekeeping coordinator or the housekeeping trainer at the end of shift.

下班前确保与楼层主管,客房协调员或客房部培训员有正确的工作交接。

  • Promote by      example the principles of Langham Hotels International.

依照朗廷国际酒店集团原则,以身作则。

  • Actively promote      a work environment which cares for guest and colleagues alike.

关心宾客和关爱同事从而营造积极的工作环境。

  • Take personal      responsibility to the master key assigned and use it under the guidance      provided.

在规定范围内使用万能钥匙并对所分配的万能钥匙承担责任。

  • Complete      assigned jobs, working systematically from floor to floor.

有系统的完成被分配的楼层工作。

  • Inventory all      guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the      room prior to guest departure.

每日清点客人迷你吧饮料使用情况,并在宾客退房前,准确无误地将所消费项目入账。

  • Maintain a fully      stocked inventory of all mini-bar items.       If par level is low, communicate to Housekeeping Coordinator      accordingly.

保持迷你吧储备充足,如储备较低,应与客房协调员沟通。

  • Stock the      mini-bar trolley with the necessary items in order to maintain the par      level on a daily basis.

补充迷你吧推车内所需物品以确保日常工作所需储备。

  • During turn down      service, to ensure beds are turned back, with blinds drawn bins emptied.      Replenish used bathroom linen and tidy bathroom according to the set      standard.

在夜床服务中,确保被褥翻开,关闭窗帘,废纸篓清空,并且根据标准补充用过的毛巾,备品和整理卫生间。

  • To place any      special requests into room e.g. water, hot chocolate or tea bag on bedside      tables, any saviour on bed, slippers beside bed etc.

根据特殊要求,在房内摆放,例如:在床头放置矿泉水,热巧克力,茶包,在床上放置纪念品,在床边放拖鞋等等。

  • Ensure a correct      handover takes place with the floor supervisor.

确保和楼层主管有正确的工作交接。

  • Perform any      duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

执行任何管理层委托的工作。

 

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

 

Education 教育学历

  • High School      Diploma

高中学历

 

Experience 经验

·         Two year working experience, preferably in hotel industry
